UPDATED SCHEDULE
6th GRADE FAMILY
B'NEI MITZVAH SCHMOOZE &
PARSHA PRESENTATION
THIS SUNDAY, FEB. 1ST
This program is for 6th grade students and parents to obtain more information about the B'nei Mitzvah timeline and process and receive their Parsha (Torah Portion).
SCHEDULE:
9:30-10:05am
Parents - Left Kinneret
Parents will enjoy coffee, light breakfast nosh and overview of the B'nei Mitzvah timeline with Rabbi Pokras and TBA staff.
Students - Sanctuary
ALL 6th grade students will be attending T'filah in the Sanctuary during this time.
10:05-11:00am
Parents & Students - Sanctuary
Parents will join students in the Sanctuary to hear from TBA Ambassador families and have a panel discussion with clergy. Parsha (Torah portion) projects will be explained. The program will conclude with a ceremony to present each student with the name of their Torah portion.
At the conclusion of the program, ALL 6th grade students will go upstairs for class, and will be dismissed at the usual time (12:30pm).
