Introducing the updated Business Expense Policy effective July 1, 2025.

Policy updates were driven by three guiding principles: Policy Clarity, Operational Efficiency, and Fiscal Responsibility.

Highlights:

• Use of Tufts Travel Agencies (Egencia & The Travel Collaborative) Required
• Updated Card Limits, Receipt Threshold & Approval Requirements
• Training Required Every 3 Years for all Cardholders
• Clearer Suspension Rules for Card Misuse
• Revamped Restricted Items List
