COVID-19 Leave Request Forms

Servant HR is creating leave request forms to be utilized by your business for the implementation of a request and approval process for paid sick leave and emergency family and medical leave.

Improving our Systems

We are implementing logic in the PrismHR system to enforce caps on total wages and per-day wages for Sick and FMLA benefits.
New codes are being set up in PrismHR that will be used to calculate and track applicable tax credits. These credits will be automatically rebated on your regular payroll invoices.
