Set Up Hours:
  • Friday 11/5 from 3pm to 8pm
  • Saturday 11/6 from 6am to 9am
  • Doors re-opens Saturday 11/6 at 6am and Sunday 11/7 at 8am for exhibitors
All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open by 9:30am each day.
Health & Safety
Castleberry Exhibitors and Staff must adhere to all local and state mandates as well as Safe Social Distancing Guidelines.

Check In
Castleberry Registration is located through DOOR 20, off Commercial Street. Please stop by Registration for booth number, exhibitor badge and show details.
  • This is a paid admission event, all exhibitors and helpers MUST wear a 2021 Castleberry Badge.
Un-loading

This event location is a DROP AND GO facility.
Please come prepared, bring your dolly.
Friday 11/5: Unloading is done through
Overhead Door 20 - Off Commercial Street.
See "Vendor Load In" sign.
  • Quickly Unload
  • Remove Vehicles Immediately
  • Move vehicle before setting up.
  • Friday 11/5 & Saturday 11/6: Unloading Exhibitors may DOLLY IN through DOOR 25
(off Commercial Street).
  • Exhibitors may re-enter the building at
6am on Saturday and 8am on Sunday
  • NO UNLOADING THROUGH FRONT DOORS
  • DO NOT block doors or driveways
Indoor Booths
  • If your booth is 10' deep you may set up your canopy.
  • Pipe and Drape is provided for this event.
Colors are RED AND WHITE.
Surprise!
We have space IN THE BUILDING for some CARGO TRAILERS. (Unbelievable, I know)
Note: Cargo Trailers must remain in the building
until closing on Sunday.
Parking
Parking Info for weekend events at the DCU Center:
Metered Parking in Worcester is $1.00 per hour (2 hour limit)
Metered HP Parking is Free at all times with valid plate or placard.
Metered Parking is Free for ALL on the Sundays (2 hour limit for non HP).
Major Taylor Parking Garage (max height 6’8″).
Cost $4 for the first hour + $1 for each additional hour.

Food
We will have free coffee & danish Saturday only 7a-9a.
Whoopdee Doo
Snack Bar will be open during all public hours of the event.
Prior to Open Hours you can bring in your
own water and food.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED
during Concession Hours.
DCU hires a guard to stand out front and stop people from walking in with ANY FOOD OR BEVERAGE.
Toilets
  • Located in the front of the Hall and in the Lobby.
Electricity
  • Electric is available for a fee.
  • Electricity up to 500 watts - $75.00
  • Electricity up to 1000 watts - $150.00
  • Exhibitors who have signed up for electricity may plug into the outlet behind their booth OR along the wall.
ATM
  • ATM is located in the Lobby.
WiFi
Wi Fi is available for a fee. To order internet access open your browser while at the venue and you will be directed to pay through the DCU site.
Security
  • The Building will be locked after set up at show closing each day.
  • Security is only a deterrent. 
  • We are not responsible for loss or damages. 
  • You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day. 
Sales Tax
  • Massachusetts' Sales Tax is 6.25%
Trash
  • All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
  • Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.

Important Note to Food Vendors
All Food Vendors MUST obtain a Temporary Food Permit from the
Worcester Department of Inspection Services.

The City of Worcester has moved to an online permitting system.
All Food Vendors must apply online.

  • Click APPLY ONLINE at the top
  • Set up an account and password
  • Be sure to choose TEMPORARY FOOD PERMIT
  • You will be required to download:
  • Your SERVSAFE Certification
  • Your ALLERGEN AWARENESS Certification
  • Revenue and Workers Comp docs (if applicable)
  • A copy of a letter/permit from their local town/city health dept. OR commissary kitchen, as proof that the food you are sampling or selling is made in an inspected facility.
