RE: Updated FEMA Special Flood Hazard Determination Form
The current Standard Flood Hazard Determination Form (SFHDF), FEMA Form 086-0-32 has an expiration date of October 31, 2018. While FEMA has shared a new version (FEMA Form FF-206-FY-21-116), the current form remains in effect until further notice. ServiceLink Flood as part of the National Flood Association (NFA) will continue to reach out to FEMA to confirm the extension, a couple of typos and any additional information surrounding a possible release date of the new form and grace period for implementation. We do not expect any material changes to the form and will communicate additional information as it becomes available.
