Wisconsin DMV has issued a new MV11 form that is available for sale. This form has the new title, registration and other fees that go into effect on October 1st. DMV is instructing dealers to use the current version of MV11 form for all deliveries through September 30

On October 1st, dealers should switch to the 10/2019 revision MV11 form and going forward all deliveries should be made with the 10/2019 revision. Wisconsin DMV will not permit dealers to submit applications after October 1st on prior revisions of the MV11 form.
Computer systems will have to program the fee changes to go into effect on October 1st. The print positions on the MV11 form are not changing.
