AMHSA Auditor Update - May 2021
External Peer Audit Process
REMINDER! The date to request participation in the peer process for COR Certification in 2021 is June 1st!
 
Submit the following information to shannon@amhsa.net:

  • Month for audit to be conducted
  • COR type: either 1-year (documentation only, minimum 3 months) or 3-year (documentation - minimum six months plus interviews)
  • Number of employees and sites
  • Auditors available to audit another municipality

As always, we expect to receive several requests from municipalities who are unable to contribute auditors to the process, and we rely on volunteers to conduct these audits. If you are willing to participate in or lead a COR Certification for a municipality in need, please let us know!

Auditor Qualification
Reminder!

Auditors-in-training who are conducting qualification audits in 2021 are required to use the documentation (minimum six months) + interviews audit tool, whether the audit is for COR maintenance and qualification purposes, or if it is a departmental audit for auditor qualification only.
