Complete Emotional Resolution
|
We are excited to announce the completion of our training and recent certification as an Emotional Resolution Professional with TiPi.
Emotional Resolution with TiPi uses the body’s sensory memory to permanently resolve emotional and behavioral patterns, as well as current emotional responses created by past traumas. The process is simple, safe, natural, and efficient.
There is no need to relive the story, share personal details or trigger the past trauma. In 30 minutes or less, a person can experience a complete and permanent resolution of any emotion. They will never experience that emotion associated with the specific situation.
We have personally experienced the benefits of TiPi and helped our clients, friends and family. The results are amazing, immediate, and best of all, permanent.
The TiPi session can be done in person or by phone.

Migraines and the Perfectionist
|
Unhealthy emotions such as chronic anxiety, worry, fear and anger spike adrenaline levels in the blood. High levels of adrenaline are a contributing factor of migraines. Behavioral patterns and personality types can cause excess adrenaline levels as well.
The "perfectionist" personality type often experiences migraines. In general, perfectionists tend to be very hard on themselves and others. Demanding the best at all times, they often find fault in their performance in areas such as work, school, sports, exercise, physical appearance, living area, work space, clothes, and body composition. This emotional difficulty extends beyond the individual affecting relationships such as their spouse, partner, children, co-workers, friends, bosses, and people in authority.
A common emotional root associated with perfectionists is fear from a lack of feeling safe, The result, a strong drive to have control an area or areas in their life. As children, many perfectionists grew up too early from a lack healthy parent relationships. The parents of perfectionists were often emotionally absent (unable to provide nurturing), physically absent (schedules/divorce/death) or battled addictions (alcohol, gambling, eating, sex, spending). These parental factors demonstrated to the child life is unpredictable, chaotic, and out of control. The more the perfectionist controls, the safer life appears to be.
The behavior of taking control or overpowering a situation or person is not solely related to perfectionism or migraines. Control is a sneaky behavior, that can manifests in our life in subtle and not so subtle ways.
Consider these questions:
In what ways do we arbitrarily take control of a situation?
Do we "have to" do something in order to feel better?
Example: For me to feel better, I have to: deep breathing, work, shop, organize my space, drink, eat...
Do we think we "know better" and remain closed to change?

Nuts!
Why does my neck hurt?
|
|
How Does Gallbladder Trouble Cause Pain In The Neck And Shoulder?
There is a duct on the gallbladder that, when clogged, pinches a nerve and causing referred pain in the shoulder, neck, and head.
This pain can be in the upper back around or under the scapula (shoulder blade), on the shoulder, along the collarbone, up the side of the neck, and even in your head. In more serious cases, the pain can be more widespread and chronic in those areas.
What does this have to do with consuming nuts?
