High Holy Days for All: Congregations with Communication Access

Shalom! The Jewish Deaf Resource Center (JDRC) has updated the list of congregations that will provide ASL interpreted, ASL led, and/or livestream captioned High Holy Day services. The list aims to make this important time of the year more accessible for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals within our community nationwide. Whether you are looking for services to attend in person or virtually, JDRC has included these options on the list. JDRC will continue to update this resource as soon as congregations notify us that they are providing communication access for the high holy days.

If you need more information, including fees, visit their website or contact the hosting facility directly.

If your congregation is offering interpreters and/or captioning services for High Holy Days and wants assistance in getting the word out, please get in touch with us no later than October 6, via email at inquiry@jdrc.org.

Please share this eNews widely and help us ensure that everyone can participate fully in the spiritual and communal experience of the High Holy Days.

The Jewish Deaf Resource Center's Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers wish you and your loved ones a happy, healthy, and sweet new year.

L'Shana Tovah u'metukah!
