On Monday, December 20, 2021, HUD Multifamily Southwest Region sent notice that, in accordance with Chapter 3 of The Management Agent Handbook (4381.5), they are providing an updated fee schedule for properties within its jurisdiction. This new fee schedule is effective as of the date of the notice, January 1, 2022.
