Spring in Rangeley is a season of renewal. As the snow melts and the days grow longer, we are reminded why this community is so special—neighbors looking out for neighbors and a shared commitment to ensuring that everyone, regardless of circumstance, has access to care and connection.

At Rangeley Health and Wellness (RHW), renewal happens every day. With the support of donors, we create enriching opportunities for children and youth, ensure rural residents can access care close to home, help people of all ages recover and stay independent through physical therapy, deliver meals and essential support to neighbors in need, and provide respite for caregivers and their loved ones. Because of supporters, our community is stronger, healthier, and more connected.

This spring, we invite you to support RHW through a donation that is meaningful to you.

It’s not simply about funding, it’s about what that funding makes possible.

Thank you for being part of the RHW family and for helping create a community where care is available to all who need it.

Karate Tournament

RHW was proud to sponsor a group of Karate students at the Spring Regional Tournament in Westborough, MA.

After weeks of hard work, they showed great courage, effort, and sportsmanship in both forms and sparring—keeping families on the edge of their seats!

Congratulations to all—we’re so proud of you!

Ski Tuesday

We wrapped up the final Ski Tuesday of the season with RLRS students at Saddleback, followed by a pizza and ice cream party to celebrate!

Rangeley Health and Wellness is proud to support opportunities that keep local students active, build confidence, and make winter fun!

Oral Health Screenings at RHW

Oral health screenings are an essential part of preventive care, helping to detect issues like cavities, gum disease, and oral cancer early - when they are easier and less costly to treat.

They also play a key role in overall health, as poor oral health is linked to conditions such as heart disease and diabetes. Regular screenings support better long-term outcomes, provide valuable education on healthy habits, and improve access to care, especially in community settings where individuals may not routinely see a dentist.

Early registration is now open for our annual Stars & Stripes 5K and Kids Fun Run!

Join us as we celebrate our beautiful country’s 250th anniversary with a fun, family-friendly event filled with community spirit and patriotic pride.

Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, there’s something for everyone.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available!
