Please note updated information in red. In light of the Governor’s order for California residents to stay home and all non-essential businesses to shut down, we want to assure our customers that our Rental, Sales, Service and Parts Department will continue to be OPEN . Please check our website for updated hours of operation. * Check Store Hours * Currently the Construction Industry has been designated an essential business and we are ready to serve your RENTAL, SALES, PARTS and SERVICE needs. We are continuously learning more about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our world every day. We have several options for you to do business with us without coming into our stores and we encourage you to take advantage of our minimal contact opportunities. If you need to come into one of our stores, know that we are following guidance and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) , the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and local health agencies to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. At Clairemont Equipment, we are committed to keeping our team healthy and safe while at the same time taking care of our customers. Safety is our top priority and we are focused on it more than ever before.

 We are taking the following necessary steps to ensure minimal exposure and maximum safety for both you and our team. 
  • Regularly disinfecting all frequently touched hard surfaces that are being touched in our offices and on our rental equipment. All employees are instructed to follow current guidelines including wearing facial coverings, social distancing and following all other COVID-19 precautions.
  • Field Service technicians are available to service your equipment at our shop, your shop or on your job site. Our technicians are instructed to adhere to strict COVID-19 safety precaution guidelines including a 6-foot distance between you and our technician.
  • All Rental Developers and New and Used Equipment Sales employees are available for any of your equipment needs. They are instructed to adhere to strict COVID-19 safety precaution guidelines and to avoid face to face meetings when possible. 
  • Parts Orders: Parts can be ordered via Email, Phone or if needed, in person. Customers may choose to have their parts delivered to their vehicles at one of our locations when possible.
  • All Air Travel has been restricted for our employees.
  • For the safety of our employees, potential vendors/manufacturers are ONLY invited on site for essential business purposes and at this time we prefer a face to face meeting be avoided when possible. 
  • All stores are adhering to CDC guidelines for safe social distancing, including a 6-foot distance between you and our team. As you visit our Rental, Parts or Service counters please use Social Distancing Guidelines.

CUSTOMERS: For the safety of you and our employees we strongly recommend the following:

  • CALL IN RENTAL ORDERS prior to arrival so that we can be ready with your order to reduce in person social contact.
  • Wear facial coverings
  • Use 6 foot Social Distancing precautions when working with our Staff in the office or out in the yard/parking lot. Additionally, make sure to stand BEHIND the tape while at the counter.
  • Follow all COVID-19 precautions
