Social Action Committee

Thank you to all congregants who have continued to contribute to the pail that is in the coat room which is labelled "For the Rabbi's Tish!" Now that we have entered a new season, I am asking ALL of our congregation, "Please, do not forget about our pantry. There are still people within our own township who are struggling to put nutritious food on their tables!"
We must continue to fulfill the mitzvah of feeding the hungry among us. Please purchase one non perishable food item to bring to the synagogue when you do your food shopping. At this time of year, a can of fruit is a very welcomed commodity; just a suggestion! However, any healthy packaged food item is truly appreciated!
Toda raba! Shalom!
