The Massachusetts minimum wage is $15/hour as of January 1, 2024. If interns are paid, the rate must be equal to or greater than the minimum wage.

Up to $35.00
The above rates are effective January 1, 2024, and supersede the rates outlined in the previousHuman Resources Division Memoissued in December 2022.
