Quick Reference Guide to Orders from the Chief Justice and the North Carolina Supreme Court Related to COVID-19
The UNC School of Government Blog recently shared a link to a quick reference chart to keep track of the directives and orders issued by the Chief Justice of the North Carolina Supreme Court since the start of the pandemic. The chart is not intended to be a substitute for the orders, but a helpful resource outlining their effect based on the most recent order issued, the dates of the order containing each directive, and their expiration date.
To access the chart, please click  here .   We urge you to please read the full text of the orders for guidance. The full text of the orders along with all of the other COVID-19 judicial branch updates may be found at  https://www.nccourts.gov/covid-19
If you have concerns regarding the impact to your cases, please contact a member of the Claims Department to discuss.
