Fall Movie Night is Tomorrow!

Join us tomorrow at Towne Center Park for a free showing of Hotel Transylvania: Transformania!

Bring the family, blankets, chairs, food, drinks, and anything you need to enjoy an outside movie.

The event starts at 7 pm with the movie showing as soon as daylight will allow!

Family Campout

This is a friendly reminder that the Family Campout is tonight at Shorewood Park!

If you registered, remember to bring your tent, sleeping bag, and other camping essentials for a fun night under the stars.

The Village-wide Fall Garage Sale will take place on September 15th & 16th. The last day to register is September 8th.

Touch-A-Truck

The Touch-A-Truck family event is back! Stop by Cene's Four Seasons Park on September 9th for a hands-on experience with different types of trucks. The event will take place between 10 am and 2 pm.

There will be a quiet hour from 10 am to 11 am for those with sensitive ears or who do not respond well to loud noises.

Climb into the driver's seat and see what the different trucks are like! We are excited to see you there!

Mosquito Spraying on August 18th

Clarke Mosquito will spray for mosquitos in Shorewood and the surrounding communities on the evening of August 18th.

These treatments do not pose a risk to residents or our pets, but if you prefer to stay inside when spraying occurs, please plan for this evening.

School Bus Safety

Anytime is a great time to brush up on when you need to stop for a school bus.

Simply put, the ONLY time a vehicle is not required to stop for a school bus with red flashing lights is when both vehicles are on a four-lane roadway and the bus is stopped in the opposite direction from which a driver is traveling. ANY other time, you must stop, even if on private property like a parking lot.
