As coronavirus cases are spiking across the nation, the Florida Department of Health (FDOH) confirmed this morning that there are an additional 3,207 cases of COVID-19, setting a state record for the highest daily total since FDOH began tracking.

The city reminds all Miami Beach businesses that they are required to follow the guidelines in place for a safe reopening and we need you to self-enforce compliance or we will enforce/shut down businesses that are not complying if necessary. Personal responsibility is of the utmost importance.

To view reopening safety guidelines , visit our reopening page separated by industry. Everyone must do their part in stopping the spread of this deadly virus, including:

  • Social distancing with members outside of your household
  • Wearing a face covering
  • Avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
  • Covering your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash
