🍂 St. John's Closet: Open Every Friday and Saturday from 9am-1pm

The team is always grateful for gently used clothing, shoes, games, puzzles, craft supplies, and equipment. Your donations bless our neighbors in ways we can't measure, and we thank you for your generosity. If you’d be interested in volunteering, the team is welcoming new members.
Location/entrance: Room 3 | Click here with questions or to volunteer.

Help Us Feed 25 Families This Thanksgiving
This Sunday, we kick off our Thanksgiving Meal Drive, and we need you.
Our goal is to serve 25 families in our neighborhood. Last year, your generosity went further than we could have imagined:
- 25 families in our neighborhood received a Thanksgiving meal
- 6 families at a local school were served
- Our veterans were remembered
- 7 turkeys went to our sister parish in Globe, which was hit by heavy flooding
Here's how you can help:
- Pick up a bag this Sunday in the parish hall. Choose a turkey bag or a meal sides bag.
- Fill it with the items listed.
- Return it by Sunday, November 15.
One bag feeds a family. Don't wait. Bags go quickly, and every one counts. Stop by this Sunday and take a bag home. Thank you in advance for your generosity. Because of you, our neighbors will have a Thanksgiving table to gather around.

- When: Saturday, November 14, 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
- Where: 4102 W. Union Hills Dr., Glendale, AZ 85308

Thank you for your generosity
Fr. Emmanuel recently collected approximately 25 bags of parish donations, including clothing, Bibles, linens, towels, toys, and balls for adults and children in Nigeria and Kenya. Many children’s items support orphanages, where the need is especially great. Nothing goes to waste, and every donation is appreciated!
We’re now collecting for his next trip in early 2027. Please consider sharing gently used items your family no longer needs.
Special request: The Bishop of Kenya is also seeking used cell phones.

We're just getting started on a fresh look for our most important digital presence, the church website. Two updates are already on the way.
A clear starting point for newcomers. If you know someone who's looking for a church home, send them to our new I'm New Here button on the homepage. It shows service times, what to expect on a Sunday, and how to say hello.
One home for parish life. Everything for our community now lives under Parish Life, a kind of parish intranet. You'll find the calendar, ministry updates, and more, all in one place. Bookmark it, and check back often as we add to it.
We'd love to hear what you'd like to see. Questions, ideas, or something that isn't working for you? Info@stjohnsaz.org
