GaDOE Dyslexia Video Series

This four-part GaDOE Dyslexia Video Series was released at the end of April. It was developed through a partnership between the Georgia Department of Education and the Mary Frances School of Early Education at the University of Georgia. Thank you to Dr. Kristin L. Sayeski who provided the content for the videos and to all the many others who worked to make this happen, including IDA Georgia's own Dr. Jennifer Lindstrom.

Teen Talk

Join us on Thursday, August 18 at 7 pm for our first Teen Talk with the newly-established IDA-GA Teen Board.

Description: Learning how to stay organized, plan ahead, participate in group projects, and take tests can be daunting for any student, and it is especially important if you have learning challenges. The IDA Georgia Teen Board members will discuss how they have successfully navigated these waters throughout their school journeys.

IDA Georgia Teen Board Mission: The IDA Georgia Teen Board is in its inaugural year, and its purpose is to connect with Georgia students who have dyslexia and provide support and assistance to them during their school years.
