LIMITS COMING SOON

Town of St. Germain road weight limits will be in effect soon. Watch for Gross Weight Limit signs on town roads. The provisions of the St. Germain Seasonal Road Weight Limit ordinance adopted June 2017, including penalties for noncompliance, can be found on the Ordinances page of the town website.

PROGRESS CONTINUES WITH DEVELOPING PLANS FOR A PROPOSED NEW BUILDING

The town's consultant presented three new building design options at the special Town Board meeting on March 22nd. Each new option addressed problems the board had identified with earlier plans and/or expanded the recreation area of the building to a full size gymnasium. The cost range for design options now ranges from $4.00 -$4.35 million.

Discussions of building plan options will continue at the next regular Town Board meeting on April 9th at 6:30 P.M.
ANNUAL ELECTORS' MEETING
APRIL 17, 2018
7:00 P.M. - COMMUNITY CENTER

The powers provided by Wisconsin Statutes to town residents at annual elector's meeting are outlined on the "Elector Meetings" page of the town website.

In addition to this April annual event, a special electors' meeting will be held, probably in May or June, to consider authorizing the town board to proceed with its proposal to replace the existing Community Center and Red Brick Schoolhouse with a new building. Details to follow.
