3/13/20 - Over the past few days we have seen more and more news surrounding COVID-19 causing major concerns to our guests. We want you to know that our top priority is the health of our guests and staff. We are currently operating "Business as Usual" with elevated cleaning and sanitizing practices. Gulf County does not currently have any known cases of COVID-19.

Things We are Doing to Ensure Your Safety

We already hold ourselves to a high cleaning standard, but are taking extra precautions to ensure that our homes are safe for our guests. We will be elevating our cleaning and sanitizing practices on all high touch surfaces including all switches, remote controls, knobs, etc. We normally clean all of these surfaces between each guest, but will take special care to ensure that all of these surfaces are wiped and/or sprayed with disinfecting agents between every guest. We also provide a bar soap at each of our sinks in our homes. Please ensure that your family is practicing heightened hygiene practices including washing their hands often.

Keep in mind that we also do not want to get sick. Our cleaners will be disinfecting their way into the homes to ensure their safety and yours! We are working hard to ensure that your vacations are safe!

In addition we ask that if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 that you visit a doctor and refrain from traveling with the illness. Visit the CDC website for more information.

If you experience symptoms while you are on vacation let us know as soon as possible so that we can provide you with instructions and so that our cleaners and staff can best prepare.


Cancellations will currently fall under the normal cancellation policy. If you have purchased travel insurance check with the company you purchased through for more information on their policy. If you have not purchased insurance and are not yet paid in full you please consider doing so. Refer to your rental agreement for more information. You may also purchase through your own choice of company.

Information from our Rental Agreement

Our Cancellation Policy: Advance payments will not be refunded for cancellations unless the home is re-rented for the same time period for the same rental income. If the property is re-rented the advance payment (less a $150 cancellation fee, plus any difference in rental income) will be refunded upon receipt of payment from the new guest. We do not refund for weather except mandatory evacuations. You will be refunded for mandatory evacuations nights only.
