The Hurley, Manitowish Waters, and Mercer Chambers are teaming up to offer two customer hospitality seminars on Monday, May 13 at 5pm at the Great Northern Hotel, Mercer and Tuesday, May 14 at 10am at Sharon’s Coffee Company, Hurley.
The seminar topics are the same both Monday and Tuesday, offering participants the opportunity to learn about the essential qualities involved in hosting international visitors attending upcoming world competitions at Copper Peak, as well as best practices of customer service in today’s diverse and digital society.

Kassi Huotari, with Copper Peak, will share how close the world class facility is to hosting international competitions and what we can expect from the international tourists the facility will bring to our region.
