HEATING FUEL PRICE TRENDS

Fuel price trends have continued to be volatile this year, with member prices for fuel oil ranging from a low of $3.73 to a high of $4.25 per gallon. This is significantly better than the prices we saw in late 2022 and early 2023, which reached a high of $5.90 per gallon. The question remains: will heating prices continue to trend lower in 2024? The Energy Co-op team will be busy this spring on the local home show circuit. First stop is next weekend, March 16th and 17th at the St. Albans Home Show at the Collins/Perley Sports Center.

On April 20 and 21, we'll be at booth #85 at the Vermont Home Show in Essex Junction at the Champlain Valley Expo.
