Utility Grant Assistance
LADWP and the City of Los Angeles have grants available for City of Los Angeles residents financially impacted by COVID-19 and who need assistance to pay their utility bills. The grant is a one-time $500 payment for qualifying customers.

Design a Bookmark for the Library!
Children from Kindergarten through the 12th Grade are invited to celebrate books, reading, and art by participating in our annual Bookmark Contest! Participants will compete in the following categories for a chance to see their bookmark designs featured at their local library and across LA County:

Covid-19 Antibody Testing
An antibody test screens for antibodies in your blood, which are formed when fighting an infection, like COVID-19. An antibody test assesses whether your immune system has responded to the infection, not if the virus is currently present.
