In this special edition of The Happenings, the focus is on the 40th International Rally in Rock Springs, Wyoming. With the rally only few weeks away, many of you have already started your trek, and we wish you safe travels and low fuel prices.


An important part of the International Rally is access to the special service providers that will be onsite to keep your coaches in top shape. Noted below are opportunities to sign up for services and activities in advance – please click on the respective link to find more information and get in the queue for their services. New this year, we have a floor cleaning company that will clean your coach’s tile and carpets, as well as perform interior housecleaning tasks. We are also working with a windshield rock chip repair company that will be on site. 


If you have not yet returned the yellow envelope with your Newmar Service requests, you should be sure to send them now to ensure the service techs can address your needs and have the necessary part available.

LAST CALL TO PRE-ORDER RALLY T-SHIRT


Above is a sample of the 2026 international rally t-shirts. As this is the 40th anniversary we decided to do a "concert" type of shirt to commemorate our past 40 locations. These shirts are in black and available in unisex sizing (men's sizing) Small through 4XL. Cost is $18 ea. To order please go to our Make a Payment page enter total amount and in the field asking what the payment is for please enter ordering Rally Tee Size __ indicating each t-shirt you are ordering.


We will only have a few extras at the rally so please pre-order your shirt before the deadline of Thursday, April 24th.



DO YOU HAVE YOUR RALLY CONFIRMATION PACKET?


In approximately three weeks of registering you should have received your rally confirmation packet by mail. Within the packet are several important items.



  • Your rally confirmation sheet indicating what you registered for at this event.
  • Your color-coded parking pass. One side indicates the date and time of your arrival, the other side has a map and directions for coming in. Please have this in your windshield upon arrival to help streamline the parking process. NOTE: Parking will be through 4:00pm. If you arrive after that time you will be held in the staging area and parked the next morning.
  • Directions and general information. This will help guide you in to the correct entrance gate and also incudes an address that you can have mail/packages sent to you and other important notifications.
  • If this is your first time attending an International Rally there is a special letter welcoming you to the event and share important pointers for you. Be sure to join us for the First Time Attendee Meeting being held Sunday afternoon.
  • An envelope with information on requesting service work at the rally.


It seems this year has been challenging for our postal system and we have had to re-send packets to many of our members. If you have not received this packet or misplaced it please email us kountryklub@newmarcorp.com and we will send a new out to you.


IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR SERVICE WORK AT THE RALLY


Within your rally confirmation packet you will find a yellow rally service information envelope. This envelope contains several important notices of what can and cannot be done offsite at a rally (remember we are parked in a field not on level concrete), a list of suppliers anticipated to be in attendance, and the 3-part service request form. Please fill out the service request form and send back to the Newmar Service Department as soon as possible (deadline is May 16th). The forms will help the service team to know what parts to send to ensure your work can be completed, as well as how many service techs will be in attendance. WHOVA MOBILE APP FOR RALLY ATTENDEES


Just like last year, we will not be having a printed rally program for International. Whova will be your source for announcements, seminars, maps, and all things rally related. You will receive an invitation email to download the Whova app (if you have not done so already) and join the event around late May to early June via the email you registered with. 


Sign in to Whova:

1.   Enter the email address you used for event. To automatically log in to your event, please make sure to use the email you used when registering for the event.

2.   Create a password and type in your name.

3.   The app will take you to your event page automatically.

 

View the agenda and plan your schedule:

1.   Find the Agenda tab at the bottom of the screen. You should see a list of sessions for that day.

2.   You can move through different days by selecting the date you want to view on the calendar at the top of the agenda 

3.   Browse or search for sessions on the top bar.

4.   Once you find the session you want to access, tap on it.

5.   Click Add to My Agenda to put the session on your own personal agenda and set a reminder.

 

See who is attending the event:

1.   Click the “Attendees” tab on the bottom of the screen to browse the attendee list.

2.   At the top of the page, you can search attendees by keywords such as company name or title.

 

 Join discussion on the community board:

1.   Click the Community tab (on the bottom of the screen).

2.   Click Follow directly next to the topics on the Community Board that you want to stay up to date with. To find the topics you’re following, choose between three tabs near the top of the page: All Topics, Followed, and New Topics.

3.   You will also find things such as “Organizer Announcements”, “Exhibitor Promotional Items”, and “Lost and Found” under the Community tab.

 

View Vendors and Suppliers:

1.   Click the Exhibitors under Additional Resources.

2.   Access the vendor and supplier information directly by clicking on which one you’re interested in. You can contact the main contact this way as well.

  

View map of fairgrounds:

1.   Click the Floormap under Additional Resources.

2.   This will take you to the list of buildings we are using.

3.   Either click on “view map” at the top or click on any of the buildings listed to show the map and where the buildings are located.

GOLF CAR RENTAL AVAILABLE FOR PERSONAL USE AT THE RALLY

This year personal rental golf cars will be available through Intermountain Golf Cars.


Personal cart rental:

2 passenger car – $495.00 ea

4 passenger car – $695.00 ea

6 passenger car – $995.00 ea

OPTIONAL PRE-REGISTERED ACTIVITIES OFFERED AT INTERNATIONAL

At this time, we do have a few openings for both our Golf Tournament and our Ladies Tea Luncheon. 


Golf Tournament - will be held at the White Mountain Golf Course, located adjacent to the Sweetwater Event Center on Wednesday, June 24. We will begin with a shotgun start. Entry fee for 18 holes of golf, golf cart, green fees, lunch and prizes is $70.00 per golfer.



Ladies Tea Luncheon - Our theme this year is denim and pearls. Our lunch will include charcuterie board, sandwiches, desserts, hot tea/cold tea, lemonade and so much more. This is scheduled for Tuesday. The cost of the luncheon is $50.00 per person. All proceeds will go to our Caring and Sharing program benefiting local charities.

NEWMAR ACADEMY, CAMP FREIGHTLINER AND SPARTAN ACADEMY CLASSES WILL BE HELD WEEK BEFORE INTERNATIONAL RALLY EXCLUSIVELY FOR ATTENDEES


Our rally attendees will have three different opportunities to have extensive training on your units or chassis. If interested register now as space is limited and there are only a few spots left.


Newmar Academy consists of 4 days of training being held Tuesday through Friday, June 16-19 before the rally begins. You can register on the link above.


Both Freightliner and Spartan will be offering their 2-day Camp Freightliner and Spartan Academy classes. The classes will also be held before the start of the rally on Thursday and Friday, June 18 & 19. You will register direct with Freightliner or Spartan on the links above.


For both the Newmar Academy (coming in Monday) and Camp Freightliner (coming in Wednesday) you will have to pay for the early days at $50 per night, which will be your permanent parking location. Once you're confirmed in the class please, email us and we will give you instructions to pay for the early arrival online and will send you a special Parking Pass.


Spartan will be covering the early arrival parking (coming in Wednesday) but we need to send you a special parking pass so please email us after you are confirmed in the class.

AUTOMOTION SHADE

AutoMotion Shade will be on site performing repairs to our house and windshield shades. Repairs include shade limit adjustments and shade motor issues. Emails can be sent to Zane Talkington

BLUE OX

Blue Ox will be on site conducting tow bar service for Blue Ox tow bars that are no older than 8 years from the date of manufacture or the date of customer product purchase or registration. The service cost is $129 and you can register at our website: www.blueox.com/events. Scroll down to the Newmar 40th International Kountry Klub Rally and click on the “register here” button and complete the online form. You will then see a message on our website that states “Thank you registering. We will see you at the show.” No appointments will be scheduled – we will contact all registered customers a couple days prior to the rally to confirm service location and service operating hours. We will also have new tow bars and accessories on site available for purchase at rally special pricing.

 

 ELKHART SATELLITE

HOLDING TANK SOLUTIONS

MAGNE SHADE

Magne Shade will have an installation team available at the upcoming Newmar Rally. While we will have limited stock available for purchase on-site, we highly encourage attendees to call and place their orders before the event to secure a place on our service list. Please note that payment for installation will be collected prior to the event to hold your appointment.

Additionally, our 3D floor scanner will be available for our team to scan your coach for our new Luxury Floor Mats. If you are interested in pricing or further information, please email our office. A FEW OPENINGS LEFT FOR CRAFT CLASSES

At this time we have openings in the following craft classes:



  • Diamond Dot Bookmarks - Tuesday 3:00-4:00pm. Create a unique bookmark using Diamond Dot artwork. All supplies furnished. Cost is $10. (Notebook class sold out)
  • Soda Tab Lanyard - Thursday, 3:00-4:00pm. Create a lanyard for your name badge. All supplies furnished for two lanyards. Cost is $6.
  • Lap Blanket - Friday, 1:00-2:30pm. Create a no knot lap blanket. All supplies furnished. Finished blankets will be donated to nursing homes. Cost $10.

SPEAKING OF CRAFTS - Annual Member Craft Sale!

On Wednesday afternoon we will have our annual Members Craft Sale. Be sure to stop by and see the amazing craft items created by our members.

NEWMAR KOUNTRY KLUB PRAISE SERVICE CHOIR - SEEKING VOLUNTEERS

Continuing the Newmar tradition of the International Rally Sunday Morning Praise Service, we are looking for joyful voices to join in song. Consider this our heartfelt request for volunteers to lend their voices! Are we looking for trained and experienced singers? Is it a big-time commitment? Will we all feel comfortable with the format of this “praise service?”

Let me more clearly explain our request for participants.
