Updating the E4A Funding Opportunity

We are excited to share that we will be launching an updated racial equity call for proposals (CFP) in January of 2025!

We are updating the call to:

Integrate principles from the Indigenous-Led S olutions to Advance Health Equity and Wellbeing CFP proposal development and review process;
Incorporate learnings from the 2024 Ways of Knowing Symposia; and
Align with the Foundation’s new generational goals and priority systems.

We will continue to accept Letters of Intent under the current CFP until November 1, 2024 at 3pm EST. There will then be a brief pause on submissions until January 2025 while the updates to the CFP are rolled out.

We look forward to sharing this updated funding opportunity with you all.

NCRE Now Accepting Applicants for 13th Cohort of Scholars

The Native Children’s Research Exchange (NCRE) Scholars are looking for researchers studying child development from birth through emerging adulthood in Native communities. NCRE provides opportunities for the open exchange of information and ideas, collaborative relationship building, and the dissemination of knowledge about Native children’s development. Mentoring early career investigators and graduate students, particularly those who are themselves American Indian, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiian, is central to NCRE’s mission. Applicants must intend to pursue a research career focused on substance use and disorder and Native child and adolescent development.
