Each year, the Community Advisory Council (CAC) gathers community input to guide its oversight priorities for the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO). Please mark your calendars for our 2026 Strategic Planning Retreat on Saturday, January 10. More details to come.

Community Policing Project – Policy Recommendations

IOLERO continues its work on the Community Policing Project, focused on reviewing and developing policy recommendations. While the Information Systems Department (ISD) is still actively working on this effort, updates and available recommendations can be found on our website:
