Law Enforcement Class

Glenmoor Tree Lighting Event

Law Enforcement students joined forces with Fire Tech and EMR students at this year's Tree Lighting event at the Glenmoor neighborhood in Fremont. Students from all three classes helped to decorate the park and set up the event in time for children to see Santa arrive on the MVROP fire truck. The children enjoyed the festivities very much and were excited to play in real snow.


Guess who's Santa?

Law Enforcement students collaborated with  Fire  Tech and EMR students to collect toys for their annual toy drive. On Saturday, December 9th they had an event which was held at Mission Valley ROP's Center where community members were encouraged to donate a toy and take a free photo with Santa (a.k.a. Jay Crawford) and then enjoy some hot chocolate and freshly baked cookies from our Culinary classes. Toys were distributed to local needy children through  LOV - League of Volunteers .

Martial Arts Training

Law Enforcement students have successfully completed the introductory course in the Martial Arts Kajukenbo discipline. The class had the privilege  of having Advisor and Director TKO Professor, Marco Diaz Jr. instruct the students. Professor Diaz wowed the students with his demonstrated lessons and was recently awarded the title of Grand Master in the Art. Thank you Professor Diaz for investing in our Law Enforcement students and exposing them to the art of Kajukenb o.
3rd Annual Glenmoor Oktoberfest

Law Enforcement students participated for the 2nd year in a row, at the Fremont neighborhood Glenmoor's 3rd Annual Oktoberfest! The event was a success with a great turn out including many families who were excited to have their children fingerprinted for their home records. In addition, Law Enforcement students shared Halloween safety tips and showed off the MVROP Law Enforcement Training Vehicle.
