S'edav Va'aki Museum Reopening

with New Exhibit - Following Their Roots

S’edav Va’aki Museum is thrilled to announce that after closing over the summer for renovations, we are officially set to reopen on October 17, 2024. The staff is excited to welcome guests back to explore the museum's wonders once more. The renovations include new flooring, a refreshed lobby with an artistic surprise, and a compelling new exhibit. Along with these changes, the reopening also features implementing the museum's new hours of operation and admission rates.

Our “Following Their Roots—Traditional Native American Farming in Arizona, Past and Present” explores and celebrates the deep connections between Arizona’s Indigenous communities and their agricultural traditions. It offers a rich historical perspective and a glimpse into the contemporary practices that sustain these cultural lifeways today. The exhibit will be open until Summer 2025.
