With fluctuating temperatures causing melting snow and ice, residents are reminded to protect themselves. To report localized flooding on municipal roads, blocked storm sewer grates or basement flooding, contact 311. 2021 Property Tax Deferral
Residents and businesses facing financial hardship from the COVID-19 pandemic could choose to apply for a deferral of their 2021 property taxes based on the eligibility criteria. Apply by April 15 using the online form. Note, a property tax deferral does not mean that property taxes are waived. Deferred amounts must be paid in full by December 15, 2021 to avoid penalties, interest and charges. [more…]
