Full, in-person enrollment planned for Catholic Schools this fall
PROVIDENCE — “Full, in-person enrollment is the plan for the fall,” said Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Providence Daniel Ferris. “I talk to principals daily who look forward to reopening and welcoming back their students. But they want to do so safely. If we keep our students safe, along with their teachers, and I am confident we will, coming back, if possible, is the best course of action.”

Progress on the Saints Peter & Paul Mausoleum
"A Mausoleum for the Diocese"
We wanted to share the latest photos of the progress of the new Mausoleum of Saints Peter & Paul as well as some beautiful renderings of the interior of the mausoleum.

Construction is going well! This new mausoleum is going to be a beautiful addition to our Diocese. Special 'Construction Pricing' is still available for both crypts and niches.

2020 Peter’s Pence Collection
Supporting the most disadvantaged worldwide
The Peter’s Pence Collection is taken up worldwide each year to support the most disadvantaged including victims of war, oppression, natural disaster and disease. This annual Collection gives the Holy Father the means to provide emergency assistance to those in need. It likewise provides the faithful with a tangible opportunity to not only empower the weak, defenseless, and voiceless, but also sustain those who suffer.

Due to the restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, those wishing to provide financial support of the Pope’s philanthropy via the Peter’s Pence Collection may do so in alternative ways this year only.
