The Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRRC) offers over 200 role-playing exercises and case studies illustrating negotiation, conflict management, teamwork, and decision making. We are pleased to offer several new exercises and case studies to add new perspectives to business courses around the world.

Entrepreneurship  Exercises

DRRC now offers several simulations that teach core negotiation skills with an added focus on the unique features of the entrepreneurial context. For more information, see  Ocean Business Services RubberMindand Strengthen-U Also, consider Zephyr  (an unstructured negotiation about exiting a business) and Lovely Braids (a three to four-party negotiation dealing with leadership and managing employees in a small business). 
Bradshaw Foundation Exercise

Bradshaw Foundation is a two-party negotiation based on a real-life situation with both positive and negative bargaining zones.
D-Loyal Exercise

Please note: Special 10% discount!   D-Loyal is a two-party, single-issue negotiation with hidden integrative potential that can be used at the beginning of a course when students have learned the basics of value claiming and are likely to approach a negotiation with a win-lose mindset.
Uptime, Inc. Exercise

This is a negotiation based on a real-life scenario in the computer industry.  Each participant has a responsibility that includes negotiating directly with a member of the other team but also internally with his or her own teammate to ensure that the requirements of the deal are satisfied. 
New Case Studies!
DRRC now offers over 20 popular cases set in real-world contexts from Kellogg Case Publishing's case collection. In case method teaching, students review a real-world situation (a case) that poses a thought-provoking problem or dilemma. Falls Park Development Project and Labor Strike at the Silverado Resort are several new cases we offer designed to expand students' understanding of negotiating in the political realm and managing labor disputes.
