INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
Sat. & Sun., July 4 & 5,
Library buildings & book drops will be closed.

On July 4, our Greenfield parking lot is a prime location to watch the city's fireworks display:
  • Please park on the blacktop only.
  • We'll have trash cans placed throughout and supply a portable toilet.
  • Keep others safe! Distance by at least 6 ft. whenever possible, and "Mask Up, Hoosiers!"

The Friends of the Hancock County Public Library will hold a 2-day pop-up book sale.

Most hardback books cost $1. Children's books cost 50 cents.

On the second day, clearance day, fill a standard grocery bag of books for $3.
