Update on Refunds, Credits, & Donations
We have finished processing refunds from the 2020 conference:

  • Refunds were made to the original form of purchase. Those who wrote checks should receive their refunds within the next few days.
  • If you requested credit for the 2021 conference, there is nothing more you need to do at this time. We will email instructions before the 2021 registration season officially begins in the fall. If you purchased a guest registration, that has been refunded to your original form of payment. If you are presenting at the 2021 Boston conference, you'll be able to purchase a $50 conference pass for one guest. Day passes will also be available at Registration for $50 per day (limit two days).
  • If you donated your registration, thank you so much for your support. You will be hearing from us shortly with an formal acknowledgement of your donation.
  • Note: If you chose to donate or take a credit for 2021 and received a refund instead, it is because our credit card processor advised us to do so.

Please remember that all membership fees are non-refundable. These membership fees support our operations and cover staff salaries year-round.

Updates from the PCA Virtual Office
Looking ahead to 2021!
Although we were disappointed that we didn't see you in Philadelphia, we are now looking forward. During the summer, we'll be working behind the scenes to launch the 2021 conference schedule. This includes booking and confirming speakers, communicating with area chairs to update CFPs and modernize our submission process, working with board members to plan exciting events, and redesigning the website with information and procedures to welcome your submissions in the fall. The Conference will be at the  Marriott Copley Place in Boston   . Check back in mid-June for our revamped conference website, including special hotel rates. Meanwhile, add these dates to your calendar:
