According to WHO as of today, September 5th, there is no variant of concern (VOC) and there are 3 currently circulating variants of interest (VOIs): XBB.1.5, XBB.1.16, and EG.5. (Reference link)
The pseudoviruses are excellent tools for studying the viral entry of host cells and for developing vaccines. We have non-replicable MLV-based pseudoviral particles (with firefly luciferase reporter) for all VOCs, VOIs, and VUMs (variants under monitoring) for coronaviruses:
SARS-CoV-2 pseudoviruses
Wuhan-Hu-1 (the original strain, or 614D), 614G,
Omicron, BA2, BA.2.75, BA.2.12.1, BA.4, BA.4.7, BA.5, BA.5.9,
BF.7, BJ.1, BQ.1, BQ.1.1, CA.3.1, CH.1.1, CM.2,
XBB, XBB,1,5, XBB.1.16, XBB.1.16.2, XBB.1.16.6, XBB.2.3, XBF, EG.5.1,
and other (including older) variants;
SARS-1 pseudovirus
MERS pseudovirus
We also have the non-replicable MLV-based pseudoviruses with beta-Lactamase fusion reporter for some of the SARS-CoV-2 variants. This reporter system enables direct and fast detection of infection in the assays. If you're interested, please inquire: info@eEnzyme.com.
