To provide an added layer of security to ensure transaction owners are aware of all changes that have been made to their documents, CBA’s Legal Library PRO platform will now alert the owner to any changes made by invited parties outside of their office. All changes must be reviewed and accepted by the transaction owner before they will appear on the final form. 

This change will go into effect on Monday, April 1, 2024.

• Transaction owners will receive an email with a link to the transaction.  Click the link to go right to the Transaction Detail.

• The modified document will be highlighted in yellow.
• Click on the document to go to the Document Detail page.  

• Click on the Review & Accept Changes button to view the proposed revisions. 

• Click the green checkmark to approve the change and the red X to reject it.  
• At the bottom, all changes can be approved or rejected, and you can accept all changes and opt out of further notices of changes to this document.  
• Once all changes have been reviewed, click the Back button and Refresh the page.

• Approved changes will now appear in the final document and the Review & Accept Changes button will no longer display on the Document Detail.
