New EAP Services Beginning April 1
Your Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a life event service that helps you and your dependent family members with virtually any life need. Services are confidential and offered at no cost to you and your dependents.

Every one of us experiences demands for our time and energy, both on and off the job. We want you to be successful at work and at home, even when challenges arise.

Our new EAP Provider, Personal Assistance Services (PAS) provides a wide array of counseling and life coaching services to support you and your dependents through the full spectrum of life events. PAS helps enhance well-being at any stage of life.

To further support you, the new counseling services are short-term solution-focused rather than session-focused. Counseling is provided with no pre-determined session limits per service event and no limit to the number of service events each year. This is an enhancement from our previous program which limited services to 5 sessions.

Please visit the PAS website at www.paseap.com (Company ID: Liberty) for more information.

To access services beginning Apr. 1, call the PAS Helpline (800) 356-0845 which is answered live 24/7 by masters’ level counselors who will help you design a plan and personally arrange services that meet your needs.

Anyone currently involved in a counseling series with a Lifewise counselor may continue the series past Mar. 31 through completion.
