We are introducing an update to our credit application request process. Occasionally, vendors may request that we complete a credit application before they provide their services as part of their vendor setup process.

 

Previously, employees were directed to send those credit application forms to the Collections team. Moving forward, we kindly request all WS employees to send any credit application forms to the [email protected] inbox, which is monitored by our Treasury Operations team. 

Here's an outline of the updated process:

Credit Application Submission:

  • When a credit application form is sent to an employee by a vendor, employees should send the form to the [email protected] inbox.


Credit Application Review:

  • The Treasury Operations Specialist managing the inbox will fill out the submitted application accordingly.


Credit Application Submission Back to Requestor:

  • Once the Treasury Operations Specialist completes the application, they will respond back to the WS employee via email with the filled-out form.
