It's that time of year again! Broward County Schools are back in session on August 16, 2022.


If you need to change/update/add an afterschool provider site for your child(ren), please inform us by this Thursday, August 11, 2022, to ensure that the required updates are made before the first day of school.

HOW TO MAKE A PROVIDER TRANSFER REQUEST


Provider transfer requests can be made through your family portal account. 


Step 1: Log into your Family Portal Account

Step 2: From the "Family Profile" page, scroll to the bottom to click on the blue "Update Eligibility" button to begin the parent verification and provider update process.

NOTE: If you don't see the blue "Update Eligibility" button, please use the following link (Request "ELC Transfer Form) to submit a request to our Customer Service team to give you access to edit/update the provider details.
