With the new and improved Ohio Housing Locator , Socialserve is working with property managers to make listing properties quick and easy. Rental housing properties financed with Ohio Housing Finance Agency resources are required to register their property and dwelling units on OhioHousingLocator.org . Listings must be updated by the Annual Owner Certification deadline, March 1, 2020 . Once you’ve listed, don’t forget to update regularly.  One or more of your OHFA-funded properties are outdated or do not meet the current requirements to participate in the statewide locator system. Properties not yet listed will be contacted by Socialserve to address the property’s registration or participation status. Please be ready to be contacted by staff from Socialserve and register your listings.
