The Upper Room is your local go-to place for individual and family support, education and resources. The Upper Room is a non-profit Family Resource Center located in Derry, NH. We offer programs for individuals, parents, teens and young adults. Our staff, volunteers and board members are committed to improving people's lives and encourage your participation and referrals.

Community Race/Walk

4th Annual TURRFF and Community 5K / 10K Race/Walk This Sunday April 7, 2019 Pinkerton Academy Hackler Gym SAVE 20% with CODE: RUN when you register online before Thursday, April 4. The Upper Room Race For Families (TURRFF) has partnered with three other community non-profit agencies. Your support will benefit each of these great organizations: The Upper Room , End 68 Hours of Hunger , Marion Gerrish Community Center and The Greater Derry Humane Society . Come out to the Pinkerton Academy Gym this Sunday to run, walk, stroll with your child or pet, or just to cheer on the runners. 9 am check in, 10 am first wave, 11 am Kids Run. Lots of prizes are ready to be given to top runners, top runners by age categories, top teams, top kids, and top kids by age categories.

Support for Parents & Family Caregivers

APRIL is Child Abuse Prevention Month Join us along with NH Children's Trust and show your support for strengthening families and community by wearing BLUE this Friday April 5. Vaping Deterrent Workshop Thursday April 4 from 2:30 - 4:00 pm at The Upper Room Do you know a teen who needs to give up vaping?
