Dear Upper School Families,

As we approach the end of the first quarter, we are excited to invite you to sign up for parent/teacher conferences. Conferences will take place at school Monday, October 12 through Wednesday, October 14. Parent/Teacher conferences are an opportunity for you to meet with all of your student's teachers at one time and to discuss the progress your student has made during the first quarter.

• Sign up for ONE conference appointment slot for your student. You will have the opportunity to speak with all of your student's teachers during this time.
• Include your name and your student's name when you sign up for an appointment.
• 7th grade students are invited to join their parents for their conferences. Parents of 7th grade students may attend the conference without their student.
• We ask that 8th through 12th grade students join their parents for their conferences, so that they can be part of the discussion about their academic progress.
• Students must wear their school uniform when they attend their conference. Juniors and Seniors must wear their school blazer.
• Arrive at the Upper School building at least 5 minutes before your conference is scheduled to begin.

This sign-up will close at noon on Friday, October 9, 2026.

We will not be able to schedule appointments after the sign-ups close. Due to the limited number of slots available, we will not be able to reschedule missed appointments.

We are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your student’s Quarter 1 progress!
