Dear 8th Grade Families,

A lot changes in students' lives as they move from Middle School to Upper School, and we are focused on providing you with the resources, information, and support you need every step of the way.

All this week, your 8th grade student is receiving emails from the Upper School to give them a peek into life as an US student—from the ten things they should know to the events and activities they can look forward to. Then, this Friday at 9 a.m., we're hosting a special virtual event for students, where they'll drop into 9th grade classes, talk to current 9th grade students, and get to know some US faculty and staff.

We also have a great event planned for you, parents and guardians!
BVR25 VIRTUAL EVENT
FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
Wednesday, February 17
5:45 to 7:00 p.m.
At this event, you'll hear from students and faculty and staff about how the Upper School works and how it complements and furthers the work started in the Middle School.

Click here to let us know you're coming and to share any questions you have about the Upper School.

I look forward to seeing you there.

Director of Upper School

PS: This year, I will play a dual role as the Director of Upper School AND an 8th grade parent myself. I hope I will be happy with our work.
