In the continued promotion of local artists in the Northern Manhattan community, the office of Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez will host Elizabeth Starcevic's collection of Mexican wall tapestries.

 

The opening reception will be on Thursday, April 11th, 2013 at 6:00 PM, while the exhibit will be featured in the office through May 2013.
