• We expect that our student volunteers will be committed to giving their best effort to coaching and/or refereeing. That they will lead by example and seek assistance or direction when they need it.
• We expect the student to be able to complete forms themselves and communicate with Wendy, myself, and other Upward Leaders directly about their soccer responsibilities. 
• We expect you, the parents, to support with your encouragement.
• Volunteering with Upward Soccer does earn your student Camp Hours. Earned Camp Hours reduce the cost of your student’s fees for Fuge Camp in the summer
• If your student is a first-time coach, you are welcome to contact me as this season gets started with any questions about your student’s participation. My soccer email is kingsvilleupward@gmail.com.
