Dear LifeWave Brand Partner,
As part of our plans to support and sustain future growth, LifeWave has been investing time and resources to enter the Korean market including recently submitting an application for an MLM license.
Properly registering and opening any new market is a vital and delicate matter that requires strict adherence to country-specific application protocols and the avoidance of any prohibited pre-launch activities. Korea is no exception.
As we have communicated on numerous occasions, failure on the part of LifeWave or its Brand Partners to conduct themselves properly and ethically during this registration process can result in revocation of the MLM license and/or other serious complications that can delay or irreparably damage LifeWave's ability to conduct business in Korea.
Unfortunately, we continue to learn of more Brand Partners who are engaging in pre-marketing activities including contacting, sampling, and enrolling people in Korea. Meetings are being held, social media posts are being made, and even product is being delivered.
Be advised that such pre-market activity puts the company’s efforts to open Korea at risk and could result in serious negative consequences for LifeWave and its future growth. As such, it is imperative to remind you that pre-marketing activities are strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.
