Aviation Day-on-the-Hill, May 17, 2022

ATAC Members and Industry Partners are invited to join us for Aviation Day-on-the-Hill in Ottawa on May 17, 2022. This is a unique non-partisan networking opportunity to meet with Members of Parliament, Senators, their staffers and other special guests.

CBAA, COPA, and the CAC, all important national aviation associations, are cosponsoring this important event. Our last Aviation Day-on-the-Hill, held in 2019, was a real success and attracted over 150 guests, including over 50 MPs and Senators.

Members of the House Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure, and Communities and the Senate Committee on Transport and Communications should all once again be in attendance.

ATAC invites Members and Industry Partners to register at no charge. Please register by May 9. Participants must be registered to this event as we need to provide names to parliamentary security in advance. We have been advised that individuals must be fully vaccinated to attend the Reception. More details will follow as to how the Proof of vaccination will be collected. To register, please visit our registration site .   Also please indicate which committee meetings you plan to attend.

ATAC at WATS 2022

ATAC is once again actively participating at the 24th World Aviation Training Summit. ATAC Senior Vice President, Wayne Gouveia, Director Bob Connors of Waterloo-Wellington Flight Centre, and many other ATAC Members and Industry Partners are attending the Conference, being held in Orlando Florida from May 3 to 5, 2022. The world’s largest aviation training event, WATS attracts nearly 1000 delegates from the world’s most important airlines, flight training organizations, and major suppliers.

ATAC at MRO Americas

ATAC and its Canadian MRO Alliance of member companies just completed a great comeback to the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) international market following the downturn due to COVID-19. ATAC and its MRO industry partners shone at the world’s largest MRO event in Dallas, TX on April 26 to 28.
