Dear Cancer Connection Community Members

Normally I’m writing you about the wonderful things that Cancer Connection is doing for our community. This is not that day.

Our community members facing cancer need you now. They are dealing with the uncertainty, isolation, and grief of cancer. With COVID-19, these feelings are compounded, and without Cancer Connection, they will feel isolated and more at risk of hopelessness.

Please send in a special gift today so that each person facing cancer receives the comfort, strength, and even laughter, they need.

Your gift will provide the hope that is needed today by our community members facing cancer. And has been needed for more than 20 years.

Recently Emanuel contacted us because his spouse was in distress. His spouse was lonely and needed social connection while simultaneously confronting their cancer treatment. Our befrienders were there for him and his spouse - listening, encouraging, supporting.

Emanuel and his spouse are not the only ones. Many others with cancer call us daily. They need the comfort, the hope, and the listening ears that we give them.

These are desperate times when it comes to the lifeblood of Cancer Connection’s free, safe and accessible services:

Only 42% received in donations.
Thrift Shop sales down by 70%.
$250,000 needed by January 2, 2021.

Give your gift today and Join me on a 5-month journey to raise $250,000 by January 2, 2021.

Thank you!
Gracias, Merci! Todah! Dziękuję! Asante! Khx khxbkhun!

With much love and appreciation,

Beverly
