Returns Process Policy Update

Dear Valued Customer,


At Coverstar Central, we continually strive to ensure the best possible experience for our

customers. We acknowledge delays in our return process this past year and are excited to

share the following updates that are being put in place to enhance the efficiency of our return process, improve communications, and prevent unnecessary delays.

Warranty Claim Updates


We strongly recommend contacting our technical support team to troubleshoot on-site product issues before any other action is taken. You can avoid unnecessary returns by utilizing our industry-leading technical support team.

If on-site troubleshooting does not resolve the product issues, the technical support team can also help you create the necessary return paperwork (RGA form). Once received, we will inspect and test the product to verify your warranty claim. 

  • If your warranty claim is validated, we will credit your account immediately &/or support you in ordering the necessary replacement parts.
  • If after testing, our technical support team finds the product is operating as expected, then your return will be denied. You will be notified via email and the product will be shipped back to you.

Return to Stock Updates


All unused /overstock products that are returned will be inspected and tested to ensure:

  • Proper condition of boxes
  • All parts are returned
  • Product shows zero signs of use


All restock returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.



Ways to Expedite Your Return


  1. Include a Printed Copy of the RGA Paperwork: To ensure a seamless and expedited credit processing experience, we kindly request that you include the RGA (Return Goods Authorization) paperwork in the box alongside the returned product. This straightforward step significantly contributes to preventing unnecessary delays and streamlining the entire return process.


  1. Return Your Product Directly to Coverstar Central: Sending products directly to Latham without prior approval increases the likelihood of denials. It's important to note that credit will only be issued once Latham has approved or denied the return request. This measure is essential to maintain accuracy and consistency in our returns process, ensuring that your returns are handled efficiently.
