As your union’s health fund, we understand how important dental care is to your health. We want to let you know that most Aspen Dental locations in Minnesota are no longer in the DeltaCare HMO network.
There may not be a DeltaCare HMO dentist close to you. However, you can still get dental services covered at network prices.
Read the information below and watch your mail to learn more.
- Verify that your current dentist is in-network: visit www1.deltadentalins.com (click “Find a dentist”) or call Delta Dental Customer Service 1-800-422-4234.
- If there’s no DeltaCare dentist within 35 miles, you can see an out-of-network dentist and pay network prices. Call Delta Dental at 1-800-422-4234, let them know you're a DeltaCare member without nearby providers, and request authorization. They’ll give you an authorization to see a dentist outside the network. You can pick a nearby PPO dentist or ask them to suggest one.
